Deirdre Jonese Austin, MDiv, MA is a writer, minister, and scholar. She aspires to live a life committed to a radical love ethic as she works towards healing and wholeness for all people, but especially Black Christian women, through good theology, research, direct action, and public policy. Her current project focuses on promoting healing, wholeness, and liberation for Black women through pole dance and liturgical dance. Join Jonese as she grows in knowledge and experience as it relates to the intersections of faith, race, gender and sexuality, and justice.
